Yes, coprolite is fossilized dinosaur dung. Those are the gray, neutral-colored beads in this necklace. They are separated by gold Czech glass beads. It might be poop but matched with the gold beads it turns out kind of elegant. Wear it well and have fun explaining these stones (no they don't smell).
